At Country Club Village Apartments, residents do not pay for water, sewer, trash, or gas heat, though not all units have gas heat. Only the townhomes are responsible for paying for all their utilities.

Our pet policy requires a one-time fee of $300, a $25 monthly pet rent, and allows up to two pets per apartment. Dogs are also required to complete a DNA swab at time of move-in for program, Poo Prints. Ask our Leasing Team about breed restrictions.

Standard security deposit for townhomes is $750.

Applying is easy! Just click 'Apply Now' to start your application on our website. There’s a $16 application fee for apartments and a $40 application fee for townhomes. Each adult in the apartment will need to fill out their own application.

Free, off-street parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis, with the requirement to move vehicles every 72 hours.

Maintenance is available Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with 24-hour emergency service for urgent issues. Requests are prioritized based on urgency.

Our apartments are unfurnished, but they come with all the essential appliances you need. We do have the ability to furnish aparmtents at an additional cost. Reach out to the Marketing Office with questions.

If you need to break your lease, there is a $2,000 fee. Alternatively, you can choose a re-rent option or switch to a month-to-month lease if you’re uncertain about renewing. We're here to help you find the best solution for your needs!
