Emergency Maintenance Requests include:

* No Electricity
* Fire (after dialing 911)
* All water leaks
* No heat in temperatures below 55 degrees
* No air conditioning in temperatures over 85 degrees
* No plumbing or water throughout the apartment
* No hot water
* Refrigerator not working
* Stopped-up sewer lines
* Broken windows/locks
